The historic dairy company Sorì, based in Teano, in the heart of the Caserta area, opens the autumn 2025 season with a calendar that blends artisanal know-how, innovation, and openness to international markets. For over 150 years a symbol of excellence in Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, the company embarks on a new season that moves between international fairs, local encounters, and communication projects dedicated to the world of pizza making and white art.
The first stop is Anuga 2025, the major agri-food fair in Cologne, scheduled from October 4 to 8, where Sorì will present for the first time to the international public “Bella”, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana specially crafted for pizza. In November, Sorì will take part in the European Pizza Show in London, in collaboration with master pizzaiolo Ciro Salvo, for a meeting between dairy excellence and the art of pizza.
Alongside the fairs, Sorì will open the doors of its dairy to journalists and industry professionals, offering a first-hand look at the value of a production rooted in the Roccamonfina Volcano Regional Park, an area rich in biodiversity and natural resources. From pastures to production lines, from the hands of the master cheesemakers to tastings paired with pizza and local cuisine, the experience will reveal the inner workings of a supply chain that today brings its products to 68 countries worldwide.
“We carry forward our cheesemaking tradition by combining innovation with our roots,” explain Antonello and Gaetano Sorrentino, who lead the company. “On one hand, we take part in the most important international fairs to strengthen the presence of our products and reach new markets; on the other, we continue to enhance our territory and tell our story with transparency and sustainability.”
This autumn, Sorì will also be a protagonist in Italy, participating in key food and wine events — from the presentations of the Guida di Repubblica and Touring Club Italia to the Food&Wine Awards — and launching a new season of the “Intelligenza Artigianale” podcast, dedicated to the world of pizza and to the social and cultural value of an art that unites tradition and community.
