73 wineries, 350 wines available at the tasting counters, and above all more than 200 older vintages ready to be poured into our glasses.
This is how the eleventh edition of Life of Wine is being presented. Once again, the event will take place at the Hotel Villa Pamphili in Rome.
The date is set for Sunday, October 23, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for industry professionals, and from 1:30 p.m. open to the public.
The concept of older vintages is particularly interesting, offering a unique opportunity to understand how wines evolve over time.
The geographical distribution of the producers is also especially intriguing: from the Aosta Valley to the Trasimeno area, passing through Piedmont, Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, and Marche, all the way down to southern Italy. There are also lesser-known territories worth discovering, such as the Trasimeno area, the Murge in Puglia, and the increasingly surprising Sardinia.
Life of Wine is an event conceived by Studio Umami and Roberta Perna Comunicazione Enogastronomica, two Florence-based agencies specialized in communication and the organization of food and wine events. Since 2019, the team has been strengthened by the presence of journalist Maurizio Valeriani, editor-in-chief of Vinodabere, who is responsible for reinforcing the selection of participating wineries.
Tickets can be purchased directly at the venue on Sunday, October 23.
The cost is €25 and includes the tasting of all the wines available.
Sommelier admission: €20 (discount available upon presentation of a valid membership card).
