Sorì arrives at Casa Sanremo Chateau d’Ax, the Food Area curated by Gambero Rosso, bringing with it the very best of Campania’s dairy tradition to one of the most exclusive stages of Festival week.
Just a few steps from the Teatro Ariston, while music lights up the city, a parallel narrative takes shape—one dedicated to taste and Italian gastronomic excellence. Casa Sanremo Chateau d’Ax brings together starred chefs, master pizzaioli and outstanding producers representing the very best of Made in Italy, turning the Festival into an experience that goes beyond the stage. Within this setting, Sorì – the historic dairy company from Teano, active since 1868 – presents its identity through tastings, show cooking sessions and author-led dinners scheduled from February 22 to 28.
Inside a space reserved for artists, press and industry professionals, Sorì’s products become the chosen ingredients for contemporary interpretations that dialogue with tradition. The creations of chefs and leading figures of the pizza world will highlight the versatility and quality of the company’s dairy products, demonstrating how a five-generation legacy can still inspire new culinary visions today.
Opening the program will be Ciro Salvo, brand ambassador of the Sorì group, featured at the Pizza Court on the inaugural day, February 22. In an area entirely dedicated to the world of pizza, the master pizzaiolo will present some of his most iconic creations, enhancing the character and distinctive identity of Sorì’s dairy products.
“Stepping into the Roof of Casa Sanremo, alongside great chefs and the finest Italian producers, represents an important recognition of the path we have built over five generations,” say Antonello and Gaetano Sorrentino, who lead the company. “Bringing our products to such a prestigious context means sharing a story of passion and craftsmanship that dates back to 1868. Seeing them inspire the creativity of renowned chefs and master pizzaioli deeply moves us: it is the continuity of work that begins in the fields, takes shape in the skilled hands of our cheesemakers and finds its fullest expression in pizza-making and haute cuisine.”
Beyond pizza, Sorì’s dairy products will also feature in recipes created by Gambero Rosso’s talented chefs, giving life to dishes that combine authentic flavors with contemporary culinary languages. In an event that has always celebrated Italian excellence, the Campanian company brings to Casa Sanremo a story deeply rooted in the land and artisanal craftsmanship—one capable of standing out even on such a prestigious stage.
