I always take part in, publish, and share initiatives like “Sbraciami 2024” with great pleasure. I like to think that this represents one of the beautiful sides of us Italians — that ability to do what we sometimes struggle to do in our professional lives: work free of personal interests and jealousy, placing genuine sharing at the center of our actions.
But Sbraciami 2024 is much more than sharing. It is an initiative created to support the “Raggio di Sole” Community of Aprilia. It is the friendship between Giuseppe Verri and Marco Davi. It is that energy capable of bringing together more than thirty chefs around a fire to share an experience that — as we already saw with “Con il Cuore nel Piatto” — is made of sweat and awareness, of effort and satisfaction.
