A whisky is the newest addition from Silvio Carta.

Sardinia continues to surprise us with a momentum that is now clearly evident in the field of food and wine. The Silvio Carta company is certainly among the protagonists of this growth in terms of offerings, particularly in the spirits sector.
This time it is the new “Whisky from Sardinia” produced by the eclectic Elio Carta and tasted in preview in Rome by the editorial team of the wine magazine Vinodabere.it.
An elegant packaging for a production currently limited to 1500 bottles.
Produced from two-row barley strictly of Sardinian origin, Whisky from Sardinia is made entirely at the Silvio Carta distillery. A whisky aged in centuries-old chestnut barrels of 80 and 470 liters, the same used to produce Vernaccia di Oristano.
Bottles of 50cl and 43.7% alcohol and the feeling that we will need to return again to this “tasting”, which after only 4 years of maturation already proves to be more than convincing.
