Mandrolisai and the Garagisti of Sorgono

People often ask me, “Can you recommend a wine for dinner tonight?” I admit that when I hear this question I always feel like answering “Mandrolisai.” The problem is that, unless the question is asked by an “expert,” the word “Mandrolisai” is usually met with an expression from my interlocutor that sounds like “what?”.
