For some years now we have been participating in the creation of the Guide to the best wines of Sardinia by Vinodabere.it, and every year we have the opportunity to discover new (at least for us) realities and to touch firsthand the growth in the quality of the wines that this region is able to offer. Often when I pronounce the word “Cannonau” friends think of a heavy wine, that wine reserved for strong palates and courageous people. Nothing could be more wrong.
