Our roots lie in Italian agricultural and culinary traditions, passed down through Roberto’s grandfather Renato and his mother Renata. Following a career in private banking, Roberto developed Italian restaurant businesses in Asia, transforming this experience into an international venture dedicated to taste and quality.

We develop and select gourmet products, overseeing production, import-export operations, distribution and logistics. We offer private-label services, packaging and tailor-made solutions for distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants and industrial operators.

We combine Italian tradition, research and innovation, with a strong focus on traceability, food safety and compliance with the requirements of different markets, including applicable FDA, GACC and Thai FDA registrations, as well as CITES authorisations. LuxurEat, Truffleat, CaviarEat and Ugolini Gourmet offer truffles and truffle-based specialities, sturgeon caviar, oils, sauces, condiments, gourmet pasta, tartare and seafood specialities. Our innovations include PRO8, Truffle Colors Collection, TrufflElixir, Soy Wasabi Truffle and Truffle Mist. AromEat develops flavouring solutions for the food industry, while TinCaviar specialises in tins for caviar packaging.
